ASSISTANCE FOR LOST CHILDREN
Has your little darling wandered too far? Go into the nearest store and call the administration office to have your child found promptly.
AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES
There are two automatic RBC Royal Bank teller machines at your disposal at Les Promenades du Cuivre. There is also asn ATM teller machine located in the main entrance of Marché IGA Giroux.
BUS TICKETS
Bus tickets are sold at Au P'tit Boulon.
FOOD COURT
The food court with its four restaurant concessions offers something to suit every appetite. High chairs are available for tiny tots, and spaces are reserved for the mobility-impaired.
GIFT CARDS
Our gift certificates, accepted at all our retailers are available in denominations of $5, $10 and $20 at the administration office.
LOAN OF WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs can be borrowed FREE OF CHARGE at the administration office or at Familiprix. An identity card must be presented. Quantities are limited. No reservations are accepted.
LOST AND FOUND
Some items found in the shopping centre are taken to the administration office. To report a lost item, call (819) 797-1727.
PHOTOCOPYING
The Familiprix drugstore and Bureau en Gros offer a photocopying service.
POSTAL OUTLET
There is a postal outlet at Familiprix.
SPECIAL ACCESS FOR THE MOBILITY-IMPAIRED
Automatic doors for the mobility-impaired can be found at the RBC Royal Bank entrance as well as an elevator for your convenience.
STORE INDEX PANELS
Store index panels at the main entrances will help you find your way around the mall easily.
PHOTO BOOTH
There's a photo booth by the RBC Royal Bank entrance, where you can get four photos for $4 in just a few minutes.
RESERVED PARKING FOR THE MOBILITY-IMPAIRED
Parking spaces specially reserved for the mobility-impaired are located near the entrances.
COMMUNITY KIOSK
A community kiosk is available for non-for-profit organisations who wish to promote or hold funding campaigns. Please contact the administration office for reservations.
