The grocery store had already been well established in Rouyn-Noranda since 1927, when it was located at 27 rue du Terminus Ouest (the building that now houses the Rouyn-Noranda archive center).<\/p>\n<p>In 1984, the Promenades du Cuivre project came to fruition, with the addition of a Canadian Tire, Peoples and over 45 stores, including restaurants.
