                    Eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                    • The promotion is open to individuals 18 years of age and older<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                    • Employees of Promenades du Cuivre, participating merchants, and their immediate family members living at the same address are not eligible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Registration and Validation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                      • Participants must present a valid photo ID<\/strong> showing their home address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                      • This ID is mandatory for all purchase validations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Purchases may be registered:<\/h2>\n
                          \n
                        • At the Promenades du Cuivre kiosk<\/strong>, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.<\/strong> (Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/strong>) when Promo 220 is in effect;<\/li>\n
                        • Or at the administration office<\/strong>, open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          General Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n
                            \n
                          • The management of Promenades du Cuivre reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or terminate the promotion should any event or human intervention compromise its proper conduct, security, or fairness.<\/li>\n
                          • Management also reserves the right to disqualify any person participating fraudulently or in violation of these rules, without notice, and to ban them for the current year and future years.<\/li>\n
                          • The rules may be modified if necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the promotion. Updated rules will be made available to customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            Prize Claim and Image Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                            • Winners must claim their prize within 7 days<\/strong> of being contacted.<\/li>\n
